Upped volatage on my 256mb samsung 2700 to 2.7v
Using Iwill XP333 and unlocked 1700+

Current setting 8x199 (1.77v).

It seems as if the max for this samsung chip is 203mhz.

Wow! If you're going for such killer overclocking then why not raise your CPU voltage some more? 1.85V certainly shouldn't do any harm if your HSF is halfway decent and perhaps you could get up to 8.5x199 if you're lucky.
