so, anyone got any ideas? this is the off season for my kickass job, and i really need money.

i want to build me a second computer, this one will only cost 350 or so, as opposed to the 1700 that my current one cost.

So you can only work for that one week? I really don't know man......if you were a trained (and good) bartender, then maybe some hot bar would want you for a week, but otherwise, I don't know anything else fast and easy that would let you work for just a week.

Pawn shop. They will rip you off, but you'll get your money if you sell everything you own.

"CD Exchange" or local equivalent. CD Exchange has about a dozen stores in my city. They sell only used CDs. They will give you $4 per CD, no questions asked. <-they sell them for $8-$10 which is way cheaper than what you pay for them new.

why don't you sell parts of your old computer and downgrade? i.e if you have a ti4600 downgrade to a gf3 and make like $100 off of that. maybe that's ebay but sometimes fs/ft is good for that too.
