well 2 months doesnt seem to be "temporarily" to me. My point of complaining is that I should be notified of this to see if I still want the order. I had to check the status to find out I wont be getting these before xmas. I was planning on bringing these to xmas parties.
 
If anyone remembers, we went through the same thing last year.

Also, IMO the chocolates are so bad I wouldn't take them if they gave them away.

 
I actually was notified after I placed the order. I got an email saying the Petit Fours were OOS until 2/5/04, and that part of the order would be cancelled after 1/20/05 if they hadn't heard from me. Looks like the free stuff will still be shipped, though.

My question -- I wonder if I will be charged for the free stuff if I cancel the Petit Fours? I REALLY don't want to pay $50+ for the "freebies".
 
i got on the deal earlier thru slickdeals, with the 2 sets of freebies, and all have shipped within a day of me placing the order
 
Yup I'm getting the same 2/4/05 crap on the one item i was suppose to pay for. I sent an email asking about my entire order so I guess I'll see what's up. Worse case is cancelling and having the two "free" items costing me $50.
 
Althought they are out of stock on the Petit Fours, my order status indicates that they will ship the FREE Mac Nuts on the 12th.
So it looks like a totally free order.

Just order some thing else, they will give you the free stuff with any order. I just got an email asking me to either take shipping of the PETIT FOUR-4X4 TIN in february or change to another item. I switched to a $12 item (yea they sucked me in for another $4 to get $50 worth of free stuff, I'm a sucker) and they are shipping it all. Just call them up and ask for something inexpensive that ships free. The CSR I talked to was really nice.

I bought something for 6.95 and got the truffles... but had to pay shipping so it was like $12 total, and it ships on 12/16 so hopefully I can get it by christmas... not $7.95 but looks like a lot of chocolate for cheaper than elsewhere.
 
Yup I bought AW1226 and AG1316. Total came out to be 10.90. Not bad. Thanks OP. Only 1 free item per order just so you guys know. Shipping isn't free it cost 2.95.
