Why are jocks all such gay homosexuals?

Now this is actually funny considering they are usually the biggest homphobes on the planet next to right wing Xtian's , this shit has been going around for ages and i hope they spend a long time in jail.

The whole crime is horrible but I hate it when they charge any one under 18 as adults.

I know what you mean. These kids are huge douches that deserve whatever is coming to them. However, they're 13/14 years old and you either are an adult or you aren't...

Fry the little bastards, no use wasting a lifetime worth of tax money on these kids.

That kid is going to have horrible emotional damage. Have you seen what happens to women who get raped once?

Now imagine having to see your rapist and have him taunt, beat, and sodomize you on a regular basis.

4 teens charged as adults in locker room sexual assault case

Four teenage boys in Tampa, Florida, were charged as adults Wednesday on allegations of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy.

Charged with four counts each of sexual battery were Randall John Moye, 14; Raymond A. Price-Murray, 14; Lee Louis Myers, 14; and Diamante J. Roberts, 15. CNN is naming the defendants because they were charged as adults.

Hillsborough County prosecutors allege the four boys raped the 13-year-old victim multiple times over two months with a broomstick and hockey stick.

:|

Attorney Tim Taylor, representing Randall Moye, said his client's family is among the finest in the community.

WTF does that have to do with anything?

Thats the lawyer trying to do damage control.

What I don't get is why none of the other kids that *WITNESSED* the rapes going on ran to get help. WTF!?!

This is one good reason why I'm going to enroll my kid in a self-defense class as soon as he gets old enough.

what, you don't think kids at 14 know not to jam a hockey stick up someone else's ass?

please. kids can be stupid, but you damn well better know at 14 that this thing is beyond unacceptable and will get you your ass handed to you eventually.

all i have to say is gg. they're getting exactly what's coming to them. the real world has real consequences.

nd what would you consider to be appropriate for 2 months of emotional abuse, sodomy, illegal detainment, torture?

1 or 2 years max.........

Come on people don't blow this all out of proportion.....I am sure at least 80-90 percent of ATOTers had a hockey stick shoved up their ass in High School....

Maybe more!

Nice double negative. But yeah, I'm not sure why the jocks are the ones who act like such homos. If some kids raped me with a broom, I probably would have gone columbine on them. Not cool, man.

how is that a double negative?

As I said, they are huge douches and deserve whatever comes to them. I just think its 'funny' that we have a line drawn where you're either an adult or not an adult and we reach across that line from time to time. What's the point of the line again?

I blame this on youtube and the culture of garbage promoted by the likes of Andy Samberg, Justin Timberlake and the majority of modern comedians.

so.. no blame to mummy and daddy who raised a sexual deviant and hide behind their "greatness to the community" status?

i say, when a deviant like that rams a hockey stick up some kids ass, mummy and daddy need to have the same thing done to them.

This is just as stupid as what you are calling him out on. You can't always blame the parents of a kid who did something bad. Kids know when they are doing things wrong and will hide it from their parents. Most won't do it well, but a select few will appear completely normal to their unsuspecting parents. Most parents think their kids are decent and normal for the most part, and if the kid is hiding it well then it will go unnoticed. I'm not saying they are parents of the year or anything because we don't know either way, but blaming them when you know nothing about it is just as stupid as what Felix said. It's very possible that the parents were actively involved in their kids lives and they just kept it from them and everyone else quite well.

Kids are fucking pansies these days. I don't care if there's four other kids, you aren't holding me down and sticking anything up my ass.

And what's with the trend of wanting to stick things in other schoolmates/teammates asses anyway? That's now how we picked on each other back in the day.

That's probably what these four kids are going to be thinking when they go to fpmitap.

For minor crimes like theft or vandalism, I think that kids should get different treatment under the law. For more serious crimes, like this rape, they shouldn't.
