Circuit City has the ADS Technologies USB 2.0 4-port plug and play Hub for $29.99 less $20 MIR. Rebate form.. The rebate form online is for online purchases. I don't know if another one is available in-store or if you need to buy online for in-store pickup.

It does not seem to be powered.
Good luck booting up the system without a powered USB HUB, and with USB devices such as Webcam, printer, Wireless keyboard/Mouse, external storage etc.
 
The manual says it has a power adapter.

The rebate form online is just that, an online version of the form. The form does not say anything about rebate valid for online purchase only.
