I bought a similar product from Amazon for like twice the price, I had forgotten all about Monoprice. I recently bought an HDMI switch from them though. Monoprice is THE place to get A/V accessories. Top quality, super low prices.
 
I bought this switch a few months ago for my gameroom 32" 720p LCD TV to switch between the Wii, Xbox 1, and Playstation 2. Haven't had any video quality issues with it and the price was right!
 
i believe you can also use these to switch between SPDIF sources.. i use an old one connected to my z5500's and have 2 different spdif sources on a switch type box
