4 pin fan header on new motherboards

Does anyone have a new motherboard with 4 pin fan headers on it?

What does the 4 pin header do better than a standard 3 pin fan header?

My Intel motherboard gives me temperature and fan RPM, and all 4 of my fans use the 3 pin header to be controlled by the motherboard.

(oh.. and no, I'm not talking about the old 4 pin molex power connector..)

the 4-pin fan connectors are pulse width modulation (PWM) fans

click here for more info PWM or google it if its still unclear

Yeah, it's for fans that have speed control built in. I've got one here that was built for a server. It works fine adapted to a 3-pin header. Just no speed control of course.
