4 letter domains are nothing special. Three letter domains are sometimes worth something but there are a lot of four letter domains still open. I wouldn't pay anything for them unless the four letters you posted above are really special or something.

QFT. Unless these domains mean something to you, then they have no special value. Just because they are only 4 letters doesn't make them special. I have a 12 letter domain that I wouldn't switch for either of those, because the 12 letters mean someting to me.
