Via DigitalDude at Slickdeals, Target has a bunch of decent/good BDs marked down to $4 (I don't know for how long.) Some stuff didn't show up when I selected the "Blu Ray" filter (like the dual DVD/BD Apocalypse Now 2-disc "special edition" (DCPI 058-37-0387) that another poster pointed out in the SD thread...), and others posters over at SD seem to be getting different results when sorting/viewing the listings differently, so it probably pays to just page through everything, or at least everything flagged as being "on sale" (AN, for example does show up, at least for me, in the sale listing sorted by price, but not otherwise filtered.)

I grabbed 7 earlier today. I bought a boatload of $4 blu-rays this past month.

The Star Wars: The Force Awakens Best Buy Exclusive Steelbook (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD) will be $9.99 + Free Shipping @ Best Buy **12/11-12/17**. Credit goes to persian_mafia at SDs.

It's been seeming to me that there were more, better, cheap (≤ $5) BDs this time, last year, but I've picked up a couple, including Kingsman: The Secret Service for $4 at Target on BF - hadn't seen that go anywhere near that low before...

That's a great price. I don't recall any edition of that being that low, or discounted much at all very often, since some of the initial-release sale pricing (I paid $13 for it, I think also from Target, via Ebay, back then...)

I also don't recall them on sale last year. I picked up 10 during the after election sale at Fox for $4.20 each. I got Godzilla 2014, Live.Die.Repeat/Edge of Tomorrow, a couple of the X-men and Planet of the Apes and many others for $4 each. I splurged and picked up Pacific Rim for $6. I've bought several box sets (Mad Max, Pirates fo the Carribean, etc.) from Amazon.co.uk which end up running around $3 a disc. I'm at the point I won't pay more than $5 a disc unless it's a movie I can't live without. In total I've bought 38 movies, a few of which are dvds and 6 box sets.

I think the lowest I've seen on that star wars movie is around $15 so $10 for a steelbook with dvd and digital is a deal. I want it but I have a friend who says I can borrow it to watch.
