Ohio was getting a couple of inches of snow last I heard? It'll probably be all slush or rain when it gets here in NY.

Damn, here in NYC we are expecting rain + flurry mix for the home commute. It's kinda early for it IMO. :disgust:

It snowed last week in VT but didn't stick, they are saying 4"-12" here also, but I doubt we will get any that sticks unless you are in the higher elevations. Tomorrow we get to watch the rush of people going to garages to change out tires, haha.

Only a small flurry so far in lower Wisconsin. SO said it was brutally cold this morning, so she's waiting for it :p

We're supposed to get an inch of snow tonight.

Do not want. :|

We're also supposed to get rain/snow and 15-25mph winds tomorrow. If I had known that, I might not have signed up to direct traffic for eight hours. :(

actually, we're right on the edge of freezing, so it may end up being just rain.

It was supposed to be bad here too, but we barely got anything. It mostly rained in the morning and any snow that fell late afternoon stuck around like a girl at my apartment ( left in a flash  ).

Some local schools actually canceled classes for the day, but I hear it's oddly worse down in Pennsylvania.

I'm screwed - snow for sure here! :D

Shhh scoob, I don't have snow tires yet! You know, I always hit profile to look and keep forgetting that we live in the same town :p.

EDIT:

I actually most likely won't buy snow tires again this year. Didn't have any last year and never had an issue even when driving through those crazy snowfalls that we had.

EDIT 2:

I guess retarded driver in front of me today didn't get the memo that we don't have any snow on the roads... 30-40 in a 55 = unacceptable.

Lucky me. :/
Although, I don't really mind it. As long as others learn/remember how to drive in it when I'm on the road.

Tomorrow Night

Snow along with gusty winds at times. Low 31F. Winds WNW at 25 to 35 mph. Chance of snow 80%. Snow accumulating 4 to 6 inches.

You must be upstate NY

I'm in northern Jersey and the snow is flying but the ground is still way to warm to stick much.

Speak for yourself. My coworkers that live up above you couldn't go home because both 80 & 46 were closed. They got over a foot in High Point.

My wife nagged me after we had a dusting that stuck last week, so I put the snow tires on our main car last week. Now my fucking 1 year old snow blower won't start, even though I drained all the gas this spring. Fuck me! I'm going to chuck this thing into the moon.

Always a classic. We've gone from "There's snow on the roads, drive slow!" to "Its snowing but nothing is sticking to the road, drive slow!" now to "It's suppose to snow next week, drive slow!" Even if you'd never seen snow before I would think this logical jump wouldn't make sense to an individual.
