I live above this pothead. The last conversation i heard her have (she speaks LOUD) was calling her parents asking for rent money because she was broke. Then she called another person after and told him/her to come over because she just bought some good weed and has plenty to last a while. Then she proceeds to talk about how she cannot stand rich people because they never have issues paying bills...
