I was studying in the library around a small earthquake occurred. I had my headphones so I though someone had slammed a door really hard. I looked around and this girl got a bit frightened. Another guy thought it was an earthquake too. Some people walked by and didn't say anything, so we assumed that there wasn't one.

But I check online, and there was one here.

I live in LA but i didn't feel it... you shouldve hugged the girl and asked if she was ok. :D

EDIT: Just realized you're studying on a Saturday... i wish i had that kind of dedication. :(

Magnitude 2.1. Hell -- That isn't even strong enough to be classified as a "tourist grade" quake. :p

I am glad that everyone is OK, but if you have to look online to see if you were in an earthquake - it shouldn't have been too serious.

Can you even feel a 2.1? I thought 3.0 was the minimum you can feel.

I thought not too...
You can if it's right under you ...
