3rd party software to check GPU mem/core speeds?

I haven a 640mb 8800GTS and 64 bit Vista Ultimate. I'm using the latest nTune to overclock the card. It's working I think, I'm getting higher scores in my benchmarks after the OC. But nVidia monitor always reports the card's speeds as original. Is there any third party software out there that will show current GPU core and memory speeds? CPUZ and 3DMark do not reveal this information. Thanks.

RivaTuner but I'm not sure if it works in Vista 64-bit.

I tried RT, even with the fix for 64 bit, but I couldn't get it to run. Followed the direction to the letter and it did install the update but it still won't turn on without an error message. I just found the latest EXPERTool however and it's a neat program that does the trick. Thanks.
