3pin from Case to 2pin on Motherboard

So I finally got all my stuff today and I'm puttin' it all together (i've got pictures) but I have a problem.

The Power LED front panel header is 3pin (2 wires with blank in between) and the EVGA X58 has a 2pin Power LED connecter. Is there a quick fix for this?
 
Usually either the motherboard or the case will have an adapter for scenarios such as this... if not, you can buy one. It's not like the power LED is a necessary component. Not something you need right away. I mean, it's pretty obvious when the computer is on, no?
 
If your Karma is good 😛 sometimes you can take a paper clip and ...

1) gently push the 'retainer' (if there is one) in from the back of the connector; and
2) then gently push the wire out with the paper clip in the 'pin hole'.

You can then place the wire back in the center 'pin hole'. Works maybe 50% of the time for me ...

Only 50%? I have a 100% success rate. 😀

I usually try to use a pointy object like a push pin or pick set to pry up the retaining clip so that the pin slips out. Usually you have to move the green wire to the center of the 3 pin, then the now empty part can hang over the edge.
