3DMark2001SE Pro gave "illegal operation" and hangs my PC
Mine's a new system, when I run 3DMark2001SE Pro Benchmark test, it runs
up to Test 6 and "illegal operation occurs" followed by immediate
hanging on my PC, have to reboot. What problem could it be?

Also..

I ran the prime test and there's error, what could be wrong?

It completed Test 0-7..
Test 0 had no errors. However Test 1-7 had errors from 80+ to 8000+.
Does that mean my pair of 512MB Corsair XMS ram (new) is faulty?

If your not overclocked, you have some real hardware issues. Prime95 should not fail on any non-OCed system that is sound. Try relaxing the timings on your memory and retest. But it sound like it's time to RMA some RAM.
