3dMark2001 Problem

Okay this is gay, 3dmark 2001 was working properly earlier today, but after i ran a Geforce tweak program after i changed a few things like the clock speed settings and memory (not too high at all to damage card) I get this flashing white screen as i do a benchmark, thus causing win2k to crash and the computer to restart, when i run it on 3dmark2000 its just a flashing screen. This is annoying and I don't know how to fix! I reinstalled the direct x drivers as well as the detonator drivers. This is GAY and i also uninstalled the program that tweaks it and i have defaults running again when i uninstalled the thing! Any suggestions?
