3Dmark2000: your highest score on GeForce 2 MX????

Lol so many people wonder why scores differ so much. It's 3Dmark. Don't expect to get the result you should get.

I only ran it once and scored a 6053. My friend has an identical setup and scored 6093.

How about Quake3. I get 77.6fps in 1024x768 in 16-bit color.

My fault guys. I ran it again to see if I was crazy and got 6190 but at the end I realized I had last years version. I got 2000 and ran a meager 4004.

I had the detonator 2 drivers and my card mem was at 150 on my mx and wont go past 152. Thats why dont get a Daytona mx. The core went to 235 though. Im not going to pull my Radeon and try it again i was just saying 5000 seemed high for an mx. I do love the mx more than my 5500 and my Radeon its just that the mx isnt fast enough in 32 bit 1024x768. I dont want to get the gts as ive already spent enough on thes cards and i only use one.

sig update

at 5525 now.. attached an old cpu heatsink fan it and pushed the core to 205/ mem 215.

havent tried it at 4x agp yet(quake3 artifacts), hopefully it will push me over 5600.

Plan to tweak more as I get time... only had this setup for two days!

I have very strange 3Dmark score..
1767 with Prophet MX OCed to 210m/210c and Duron 600 -> 800..
I am running Windows ME with all the latest updates I can think of..
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem??

All benchmarks are foolable, digital_jesus on the hardforum hit 14,000 3Dmmarks, some controversy over whether it was hacked, I saw pics of 450fps in Q3A, the guy later revealed he had his fov set pretty close to 0. Olus 3Dmark is a synthetic, you may get 4500 with one set of drivers, but when I had an MX I only got 3500 max with a celeron 566 @ 935 and a visiontek at 200x210 (btw you can avoid powerstrip by using the coolbits hack to your drivers)
