3dmark05 scoring

On my amd athlon 4000+, 2 gigs of ocz platinum xtc, 7900 gtx 512 all stock i score a 10,658 is that normal??

Then my 4000+ @ FX55, 2 gigz of ram, 7900 gtx @ 724/1690 i score 11,137

I thought i score a heck of alot higher thanks to my video card it overclocks greatly my cpu seems to not be stable of 2.6 ghz..

That sounds right, I remember it being a little over 10,000 why don't you look it up online somewhere?

Why is it when i overclock my video card istead of my temperature goin up it goes down?

that's a little odd..are you sure you're running the graphics cards both times at load when measuring the temperature?

happened with my X850XT.. i OCed it by about 3-4% and the temps started going down... it was weird.

Cuz maybe the fan on the gpu starts spinning faster?
