my score is 4783 in 05
my question is ...... the test runed really slow i got around 20 fps .. soo how did i get score like that?? should it be slow

i have EVGA 6800gt
 
Yes, even with an X800 XT PE, in the last 2 tests, in runs really slow. 3DMark 05 is extremely demanding on graphics cards.
 
3dmark purposely makes their tests extra hard for current hardware, so the program will have some bearing in a year or two.

Besides that, I have no frame of reference for the score, having not ran it on mine.

You have nice scores. 3dmark05 stresses even the fastest cards. I was getting 0 & 1 fps at times. It's all relative! 😀

wonder what is draggin 'er down.. only 768mb of ram cos i was forced to trade off 256mb of it? 😱

I am only running the trial version - does it calculate it fully w/ trial?
 
When you run these tests make sure your video card settings are all set to no AA or AF. Make sure all your vid settings are set to the lowest quality it can go and then run the test. You should yield better scores.
 
I get around 3100 in 3dmark 05'. But I don't really care as long as my current games run fine. Btw, I have AMD 64 3000 with 6600GT.
 
aha. Apparantly 3dmark05 sucks and doesn't adjust the score to fit the resolution.
