3DMark05 Contdown has begun....

Just looking at the forum and some of the members there are saying that something strange happens when the numbers read zero. i.e. the letter O appears. Speculation is that it will be released in October...LOL 😀

this thing uses SM3.0 model right? what happens if your card only supports SM2.0, does it skip a test like my voodoo5 did with 3dmark2k1?

hmmm..i wonder whether the 'W" will count too...like if it reaches '0' it might switch to 'X' and start over ???
 
yeah, I think they're playing us, and this isn't a countdown to being able to download it, I think its a count down to reveal the date we will be able to download it.

But it's the right length.
 
find the 3rd derivative of the last number, multiply it by the letter, find the root, cube it, and you've got the number of hours left.
