3dmark03 doesn't work

I just setup my new system, and everytime I try to run 3dmark03 it unexpectibly quits after i click it and gives me a send error report EVERYTIME. I've reinstalled, ive done everything and I can't seem to get into it. It worked fine on my old system. Any suggestions?
 
Forgot to mention, I only upgraded my cpu/mobo, its the same RAM at the same speed that I've been running for a while.
