P4A is your probelm

and the ram, see you have pc2100 and some pc3200, well its all gonna be running in PC2100, and seeing as you have an earlyish p4 it could possibly be only single channel too.

P4 loves bandwidth, and at pc2100 your not giving it.

my P4 2.4A with 768Mb RDRAM only scores around 11-12K with a 9500pro. 01 is a system dependant bencmark, the gpu has less play inthe score than 03 and 05 do. 03 and 05 are designed to be as GPU dependant as possible so test with those to see what you score
should be round 10-11K in 03 and just under 5k in 05

the HL2 fps seem ok, long as thats in game play and not the stress test.

make sure you have all the latest drivers, and when running benchmarks make sure to turn AA and AF off in the nvidia control panel
but i would say that P4 is being starved of bandwidth, and its not all that fast, which is why your system scores 11-12k

I got only 12k too on my old system running the same video card (BFG 6800OC) What's weird is I scored higher with the card I had before, 9700 pro.

01 is mainly testing the system (CPU/MB/RAM).
03 and 05 are really testing the VC. Try 03 and see what you get.

Said b4 your card is dx9c so use 3d mark 2005 to be fair on it as system has dx9c installed i assume, you would hit high on 3d mark 2001 se if you force DX 8.1 on ;)
