AFAIK, the only thing that will force the machine to go off is heat, and a bad PSU.
It still is possible that your PSU isn't putting out the required voltage at very high load, and it trips the PSU's circuit to shutdown.

Best bet is to try another PSU.

Do you mean the screen goes blank and then comes back on again, so you have the desktop? It might just be the graphics driver crashing.

My computer while i am on ICE STORM demo just automatically turns off and then after 3 maybe 4 seconds WITHOUT MY INTERFERING AND TOUCHING automatically turns on.

Very High load? All other games like Crysis 3 runs fine and all benchmarks even with higher fps , like 1 and 2 GPU TEST in Ice storm runs ok.

So it restarts and goes to ythe bios post screen before booting back into windows?

Nothing in your Windows\Minidump directory?

Nothing in minidump folder, why?

PC completely turns off and after a few seconds powers back on.

The computer just will turn off , restart and will give me the option to start windows normally due to a unexpected shutdown. In the event viewer i keep getting Kernel-Power event

Dude, with all due respect, you need to do some digging and work yourself on this issue. We can't diagnose your problem 100% over the internet. The consensus of this thread is that it sounds like a PSU issue, so what I would do is try a new PSU.

Again, you need to do some work on your own here. We can only speculate on the problem since we don't have the ability to do anything hands on, obviously. And since we don't have hands on use of the PC in question you'll need to do some trial and error type of diagnosis. IE, test components one at a time until you find the fault, whether it is RAM or the PSU. I definitely vote for the PSU but I obviously cannot confirm that, so this is where you have to take the initiative and do the rest. We can't give you a completely correct answer, only speculation.

Something in your minidump would indicate a BSOD occurred. Vista+ automatically reboots upon exceptions. Nothing in your minidump indicates that your hardware initiated the shutdown/reboot, not the OS.

A clean minidump clearly indicates either a BIOS reset setting or a secondary hardware trip (power supply).

Problem resolved guys. You know what? I replace Lightning 770 to another example and now its ok and no shutting off pc🙂
