3D signal loss

I am have this issue with the rig in my sig. When i play games the 3d signal will just drop out or i get corrupted images/ red lines. I reset the pc and then it fails to boot. I moved the card to another pci express slot and the system rebooted and ran all night on the desktop gpu-z and ccc both say the card was about 45c with the fan @40%. I tried to launch a benchmark to see if it is heat related an the same issue. I dont have another card to test the mb but i think its either the mb or the card. Any ideas?
 
It sounds like it's the card, but it's hard to tell without being able to definitively eliminate anything.
 
After more testing I think it's the card also. I can get the board to post if I remove the card or remove the power to the card but not with the card fully powered. I'm going to see if I can find a cheap pci express card from the local pc shops and test it out
 
Well I just got off the phone with ATI and they think it's the card also so now I wiat for Sapphire to e-mail me back an RMA sheet
