Would anyone know which helicopter game is used on 3D Mark 2000?

3DMark2000 and 2001 use Remedy Entertainment's Max-FX engine, which is the Max Payne engine.

As mentioned above, the benchmarks are created by the folks at MadOnion; it doesn't come from an existing game. The lobby scene in 3DMark2001 is not from the Max Payne game, btw. It was just created as a kind of homage to the Matrix lobby scene an the upcomming Max Payne game.
