If you read the reviews at amazon, it says that it is a 3cr29210. Not on the ATTBI list. But in the reviews they are saying that it is the same as the 220 for home use. Anyway I guess it works if you tell ATT that it is a 220. Anybody else know anything?

You should be able to find out with your cable provider. Mine had a page that listed all of the supported modems.

I have had the 3com office connect cable modem for the past 6 months and i haven't had a problem yet. I am using the Cablevision Network in the NY/NJ area and had everything set up without a problem. I purchased it back then for aroun 102$ shipped from ubid.com so the current price w/o the rebate is comparable to what I paid; of course, i didn't have the rebate then.

All must remember that 3com doesn't make these modem anymore, but they say they'll honor the warranty period (5yr) from the date of purchase.

I have one of these modems working with AT&T Broadband and another working with Charter Pipeline. The modem seems to work great on both networks. It's a great cable modem for a very low price.
