3930k@RIVE+8Dimms of 2666Mhz?

I would like to ask if anyone managed or seen running any ram higher than 2400Mhz memory modules with the SB-E Processor. Im currently running 8 Dimms of 4GBs Ripaws Z @2400Mhz CL10. Planning to update to 8Dimms of Ripjaws Z but this time@2666Mhz. Any suggestions or comments are very welcome.

Why would you upgrade the ram like that? I haven't seen it. I use 1600mhz.

I have it mostly for casual use, sometimes play games also, but the thing is that im a big fan of benchmarks...
