386 / MSDOS Emulator

Does anyone make any software that will effectivly emulate a 386-ish dos environment. I need to run some older software that both needs DOS and a reasonably slower processor. Any suggestions? Thanks

you could try vmware and install msdos on it

disable your L1 and L2 in the bios?

or go out and pick up a 386

You didnt say what platform or OS you use, which makes a big difference. Bochs is cross-platform so I can offer this:
