My Antec NSK2400 only came with a 380W PSU, maybe I should have spent the extra money to get the Antec Fusion with the bigger PSU :(

Anyhow, I just built a new gaming/HTPC rig inside it, specs:

Intel C2D E6420, OCed to 2.8Ghz
Zalman 7000B HSF
2GB DDR2 Corsair XMS2
XFX 8800GTS 320MB
Seagate 7200.8 250GB SATA
Lite-On SATA DVD Burner
SB X-Fi Xtrememusic

So far, I've had a few random stability problems. When I was playing Company of Heroes, it BSODed once. Playing Halo 2 resulted in a crash after a while.

I have not run Orthos for a good few hours to test stability yet though. The OC is low compared to what others are doing though, so that might not be the cause of instability. I'm also running Vista Business x64 edition, which might be a culprit.

The 8800GTS box says to get a 400W at minimum too, am I being cheap?

If I do need a better PSU, can anyone recommend a decently quiet one at a reasonable price?

If you have the memory dump, let's take a look at that. Do you have files in c:\windows\minidump directory? If so, send them to me, and run mpsreports and send me the resulting .cab file as well.

Drop core speed by 200MHz and retest. If problem persists, then CPU and RAMs are okay. Open the case and put it next to an AC or drop AC temperature to 70C. If problem persists, then you may need to upgrade PSU.

Make sure you've connected any extra power plug to the GPU before testing.

That's my vote. :D

More seriously, the PSU likely can handle the setup fine. What are the temps?
