3700+ sandie vs. 4000+ sandie

Is there any differences in oc'ing potential between the 3700 and the 4000 sandies? Im planning on getting one of these and oc'ing, and i was wondering if there was any differences in oc'ing performance, other then the 4000 being higher clocked at stock? Or is it even worth getting the 4000 because its only 200mhz faster?

Nope.

Get the SD 3700+ & enjoy your FX-55 or FX-57 speeds. (what you should be able to get from OCing)

Venice > SD for overclocking?

Also, I keep reading something about the 4000 being an FX-53 with some kind of lock. Is it just the 4000 that has this lock or does that apply to any and all non-FX chips?

I keep hearing about these awesome overclocks with the Venice core. Are these OCs limited to Venice, or does SD overclock as well/better?
