3700+ build, $1200, thoughts?

Don't know if i'm going to do 2x512 or 2x1gb, so for now i added just 1gb stick...

I'm stuck between the Lian case in the cart already and a antec p180.

Also the PS in the cart already and a antec truepower tp2-550.

Also looking for a front panel setup that includes a card reader/writer, maybe one that has a fun setup to tinker with, LCD display and such?

I'll be using onboard sound or my audigy 2. I'll be using a dell 2005fpw with it.

I need to throw in a internal floppy, besides that am i missing anything?

You'll be happier with 2x1 gb sticks these days. The new games that are out today are kicking the ganjas of 1 gb memory comps today.

Any recommendation as far as lian pc-61 and a antec p180?

As far as sound, is the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic Sound Card - Retail worth an upgrade? if so what speakers should i get?

both lian-li and antec make exceptional cases. Either will serve you well.

Speaker wise stick with the audigy 2 and buy a pair of Logitech or altec lansing (check reviews before buying)
