Pretty cool video. It's neat how it's not just his body that improves. His face, frame and posture all mature as well.

I've seen similar things before, but it's still awesome every time I see them. Makes me realize my efforts aren't futile and makes me want to be more disciplined about my diet and exercise habits.

John Stone Fitness. He started bulking and cutting repeatedly, became obsessed. Now he doesn't take pictures.

This is him now. He takes a billion different supplements, and he makes tons of money off his website. He is taking $50+ per day in supplements he gets for free. Looks like one of his supplements is testosterone.

"These pictures show how I look after over four years dedicated to a healthy lifestyle."

Bahahahahahahaha. What a tool. I will bet you that that many supplements is taking years off of his life. I don't necessarily have a problem against testosterone in some cases, but would never do it myself. If he cycled them correctly, he wouldn't have too many side effects. Whatever though, he's just a noob. I bet you he know very little about actual nutrition and such.

If you click on "Food Log" or something, you will see his supplement intake. Originally, he was taking like 40 amino acid pills a day.

Back in '03 I think it was, a member posted a link to his site. At the time, He was up to maybe the May or August pics of that year. Well, he found the thread and posted in it, so he is a member here. He hasn't logged in since '04 though. Seemed like a cool guy.

His diet is like 50% pills and powders. Sure, tons of lean meats and such, but so many supplements. And steroids.
