So the PSU in my Dell Dimension 4600 is dead and the warranty is over.. Looking to move the parts to this

Antec case w/ Antec SL350 watt psu

PSU secs:
+12v: 16A
+5v: 35A
+3.3v: 28A

Dell Dimension 4600 sytem specs

P4 2.4B 533mhz
2x256 pc-2700
Radeon 9800pro
SB Live! sound card
Ethernet card
80Gb HD
CD-RW
DVD-Rom

Would this be enough power for this system? Any other recommendations for good quality Case/PSU combos for this system? Looking to spend no more than $80 on the combo. This system will not be overclocked.

Another question, would the Dell memory be compatible with an aftermarket mobo?

I have that same PSU powering a little bit more stuff than you have so you're fine. BUT, make sure your Dell mobo has the standard 4-pin and 20-pin ATX power connectors. If not, then you need a new Dell PSU or you need to ditch their motherboard...

Plenty, I think huge wattage is overrated. My system(in sig) only has a no name 350W powering it and it's fine.
