Maybe supply and demand? Monarch has them listed for $371, but out of stock with an eta of 8/19. Looks like I'll keep waiting. 🙁

There is like a shortage of every thing for the 939 platform.... Very few CPU's very few motherboards to choose from..
 
Hmmm... seems like I will have to wait a little bit for buying mine then. Still undecided on the NForce 4 thing, though...
