I know AMD just talked about the new Liano part, but what interests me is if they are going to release a pure Phenom II or Athlon II on 32nm.
As I am on a AM2+ motherboard, I am interested as I think the Liano parts only have a DDR3 controller.
your thoughts?

i don't think amd will have 32nm process out until next year, so definitely won't be this year.

Llano isn't going to fit in any AM* socket anyway.

I don't think you're going to see any 32nm AMD CPUs that will work in AM2+

I hope AMD will do a simple die shrink of AM3 chips with DDR2 controller as well as the Liano stuff. I am asking as I recently had to replace a motherboard and did not want to buy into DDR3, I alsready had some nice DDR2.
So, do you guys with a AM2+ compatible chip will come in 32nm.

Thuban, the 6-core update to Phenom II, will probably be AM2+ compatible. It might be an interesting upgrade since it's supposed to have a "boost" state to achieve better single threaded performance as well as adding additional cores.

We'll have to see how it compares to the Deneb PHII's
