www.igo.com has the RaveMP MP3 player 32MB memory modules for $29.99. 16MB available for the same price. These modules are propriatary to the RaveMP MP3 player (Sensory Science). These will go nicely with last years $25 RaveMP MP3 players from emusic.

it's only for the RaveMP 2000 and 2100 models. thanks for the headsup,
bought it for the GF since I gave her the $25 emusic 2000 model.

Anyone looking for one of these players, I've got a few new ones (MP 2100) if you're interested. PM me

the length of that chip is only about a the diameter of a quarter right?

hmm.... i have a MP2000 (emusic deal a long time ago 😛 ) and i'm not sure if this will work with it.
nothing on the page actually says it is compatible with the 2000 series...

I can't seem to get the link to work or find it on their outlet page - is it dead or am i just blind?

Yewp, I hate sounding like a dumbass but the only Sensory Science memory I found was for the MP 2300, and it was 40MB.

Would someone care to write down the link for the 32MB?

Thanks.

I got the 32MB player from eMusic months ago, but only used it for like 10 minutes before putting it back in the box. I bought the memory upgrade when this "hot deal" was posted, but now I can't remember where I put my player!

Not just yet, lokitech.

EDIT: lokitech, I found my player. I had put it in a box with some stuff for a yard sale.

Installed the memory and switched on the unit. It took several seconds for the RaveMP to initialize the first time, but then it came up with 61MB free memory. 3MB was still being used by the "Frank Black" song that came preprogrammed in the unit, meaning that the memory didn't erase like the instructions had warned. I'm headed to the Sensory Science website to look for program updates after I post this.

Did anyone actually receive this??? I ordered immediately after the post, and got the "sorry, sold out, we suck, you're SOL" email 3 days after ordering it.... I'm still mad about it. Anyone have an extra memory (32) to sell for this thing? PM me!

dragonlord, I got mine. I ordered mine via the telephone while their site was being hammered by everyone trying to order. Was told that they had two in stock when I placed my order, but I just bought one (because having two does you no good). I ordered shortly after the deal was posted, so probably a lot of people will not be receiving.
