32gb ram for rampage iv extreme

ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Desktop Memory Model CMZ32GX3M4X1600C10

i am pretty sure the ram are compatible with the mobo, but since this is my first time spendingt that much money on something i would like someone to confirm it.
My question is
1) if i buy this ram will it display 32gb? and will it work?
 
It most likely should; check the Asus website to see if it is supported. The RAM I use is not officially supported (although it could be now, haven't checked), but still works fine.
 
i got a question.

you see there's a "start" button near the 24pin. is that "power on" the computer? so it's easier for putting it in test bench instead of soddering two wires and touch them.
 
Hunkeelin be aware if you are installing windows 7 you need professional, enterprise or ultimate edition. Home premium only recognises 16gb of ram max.
