320gb seagate drive $69 at Frys is back

There was an ad in the Friday paper here in Chicago, was $69 for either PATA or SATA, with a limit of 2...I suppose YMMV on whether the b/m stores offer same pricing.

Same drive (Maxtor) was only $50 around BF. Available in SATA or PATA. The Made in Thailand PATA drive should run quiet, very quiet.

So where's the hot deal for a time machine?

Use your brain and/or monitor sales on the internet. I've never paid more than $50 +tax (free delivery) for any HDD over the last six years. And yes, the capacity continues to increase...80GB, 120GB, 160GB, 250GB, 320GB.

The concern I have is this drive is not even listed on the segate website. I could not find anything about it. If you have one, are you happy with it?
