320GB Seagate 7200.10 Decreased LBA Sectors Problem

So, I recently reverted my RAID array back to nonRAID (this is on the JMB36X controller), and it seems that one of my 320GB Barracuda's went down from 625,000,000 sectors to 586,000,000 sectors. It's runnin the AAD firmware, and the other RAID0 disk is running the AAC firmware, and has no problem. What happened to this hard drive?

I'm trying to use MHDD to increased it to 625,000,000 again, but it's failing becaue it wont let me go higher than what the hard drives tells us is its max ....

Ill be a noob and ask if the drive has been partitioned somehow from the RAID and a potion of it is not being seen? ie. is part of it RAW/Unallocated in Disk Management?

Probably not ...
Since the other hard drive has 625,000,000 sectors ...
and this one USED to have that much ... until recently, so that's why I'm extremely lost ...

I don't think that MHDD wouldn't see it ... And basically, MHDD can see the entire harddrive, but ehh ...

I keep thinking maybe that one of the platters died, but that seems unlikely ...

Is one a logical partition and other extended? Just throwing it out there. I know the OS takes up a piece of drive when it's installed. Did you restore from an image backup or do a clean install again? Hard to tell but I'm also not a expert on going raid and coming out of it (for whatever reason).
