get a thermalright xp-120 instead of the zalman. get 2.9ghz. 🙂
Most serious overclockers opt for a 120mm Panaflo, but it doesn't have RPM monitoring if that's important to you. If it is, consider AcoustiFan or a Thermaltake Thunderblade. The latter is rated at a very quiet 19 db, but who knows how they tested it? Sleeve-bearing fans are a little quieter. Ball-bearing fans are a little more reliable. The Panaflo has neither type and uses something like the liquid bearings you find in better hard drives. Get the Panaflo unless your motherboard won't POST without detecting a spinning CPU fan.
I agree with bjc112 that the XP120 is the best heatsink for A64s, but the Zalmans are right there, too. I just don't like their extreme weight -- not good for someone who wants to move the computer much.
XP120 with a panaflo 120mm has better cooling than the Zalmans, however an XP-90C Copper with a 92mm panaflo will cool better than both XP120 / Panaflo 120mm and the Zalmans. 🙂 The Scythe SHOGUN coolers matched with the right high powered fan are some of the only AIR coolers that can match up with the XP90C's. However, according to MADSHRIMP's site, the best cooling combo would be the XP90C followed by the Vantec Tornado 92mm fan (if you like hearing a 747 inside your case). 😀
I know a guy who has that combo and yes it cools awesome, however after a few weeks he pulled the tornado fan out of his comp and threw it against the wall because it gave him migraines on a daily basis, couldn't sleep at nights, etc. *shiver*
