3200+ S939 too slow for 7800GTX?

I just bought a 7800GTX and I got a nice big boost in FPS over my 6800NU. But I'm a little concerned that my 3200+ is a little too restrictive. Am I right or should I not worry?

PS: Sorry i was that lame to mistake 🙂. Anyway i don`t really think that your 3200 is so restrictive now. But you should overclock and have no worries.

and no it shouldn't be too slow in most cases, but OCing your CPU 20% would prolly give you a 20% framerate increase.

Just tried D3 with 8X AA. It was running at 20-30 FPS. I guess I'll have to upgrade to a 4000+.

1. 8xAA will never be fast on any card.
2. AA is done totally on the graphics card.
3. Upgrading the CPU would not increase your framerate in that situation.
4. 8xAA barely looks any better than 4xAA, especially in Doom 3.

You're right. With no AA D3 still looks amazing. I've never did like OC'ing.
