The one certain commonality of the "progressives" that post here is their love of racial distinctions.

Where the vast majority of Americans are color blind, the "liberals" never take off their tinted racist glasses.

Even as liberals ALWAYS differentiate people by the color of their skin, they also do not accept any divergence from the social welfare/big government mantra that has been responsible for keeping "favored" racial groups in a state of perpetual government dependency.

Rather than valuing the political and economic philosophies that have economically and politically empowered so many in the history of the country, the surest roads to pride and empowerment - entrepreneurship, education and intact family life - are denigrated by "liberals" and "progressives." Only government dependencies are "politically correct."

The racist perspective of liberals mandates their requirement that all people who are "not-white" must be supporters of the far left and big government. If they are not, they are castigated as Uncle Toms and traitors in the race war liberals are so fond of fomenting.

The "liberals" and the "progressives" do not value any independent thought by the "colored" underclass. For all intents and purposes, by espousing their soft bigotry of low expectations, by their institutionalizing race and class distinctions, they are the true successors to the KKK in intent as well as in historical fact.

over generalization FTW!

When you look at the demographics, supporting a party that favors massive tax cuts for the rich and cuts in social support for the neediest make little sense for most black people. I think that's all he's saying.

So it's a good thing to keep black people wholly dependent on government, and it's okay for democrats to buy their vote?

Why are we still engaging in this thread pissing contests? Us dems fans say the gang of 32 will not and the repubs fans say oh yes they will, and after all on this thread pro and cons is said and said again, why can't we wait and see what the real answers of 11/2010 will bring?

Sort of like picking the pedals off a daisy, she loves me , she loves me not, odd or even, enie minie minie moe, if I say it assertively loudly enough, it will be so.

Because taxing poor people is helping them. And keeping them poor for generations is also helping them. Good call.
