I am not diabetic, but these are evidently for injecting insulin. I want them to clean my new Firefly 2+ vaporizer bowl. Their cleaning kit includes only one. Customer reviews say they buy something like this:


I have that in my cart but Amazon's system says they can't ship it to my address. I'm guessing it's a Calif. law prohibiting the sale/delivery because of drug addiction concerns.

Well, there must be a workaround. I suppose the length is less a concern than the diameter of the needle for my purpose. Amazon support on the phone is right now a dead end, for some reason they can't verify I'm who I say I am and am on interminable hold, but figure they won't be able to help me anyway. TIA for suggestions.
 
Reviews say pins are not thin enough. I usually call Amazon, but am having horrible results today doing that.

They make it intentionally difficult to find and sometimes they will even temporarily remove it completely when super-busy.

The 'bot is pretty much worthless so request an "agent"... you should also be offered the option for a "call-back" in chat.

Checking online says I can buy such needles without Rx at local pharmacies. Is there a problem shipping them to CA? Amazon CS has been useless. Dropped calls, emails I don't get, text messages I don't get, interminable holds... you name it.

You could try a different store. I can walk into walmart(or anywhere) and buy needles, but I don't live in CA. Try walmart.com.
 
you could always get a trial version of some VPN. You probably don't care if it logs or doesn't. Then log in from another state where you know someone and ship it to them. Then they ship it to you. I know it ba-f'ing stupid but shit happens and is what it is (ran out of cliches).

I had this problem with Eargo several years ago when they first came out. Shipped to my buddy in VA and he dropped it off on one of his visits to NJ. I had to return it because I can't really hear much above say 3 or 4khz (yes, very sad, I know. But I can feel your love. Hahahaha. I crack myself up). The new Eargo 5 tho got DA POW-AH.

Abso smurfly. Amazon kinda has to play by the rules but Joe's needles and gear is probably less discerning. You can also order shit from overseas. That's how I get my nicotine nasal spray and . . . umm . . . other sundries like powdered mimosa root - for dying things.
 
Do you have a dial caliper? If you could measure the sample one you got with it, knowing the diameter might help find one.
Thing is, the picture looks like there might be a kind of barb on the end.
 
Yeah CA will allow you to buy insulin no script, but those evil needles require proper authorization...

I think what I'll probably find is that no store will send them to me but I can walk into any pharmacy or store with a pharmacy section and buy them without an Rx. The reasoning I can only guess. Anyway, that's OK with me. I liked the price of 100 for ~$10 off Amazon, I just hope they don't gouge me at the store (ouch!!!). Really, I don't need 100. I figure 10 is probably plenty! Now, I am not close to a Walmart and they are out of my way. I am going to Costco in a couple days. I'll ask there and if that doesn't work out I suppose I can stop at a drug store. There's no hurry, I have one needle in the cleaning kit I have.
