300watt psu enough?

I'm building a pc with the following specs:

asus k8v se deluxe
64bit 3200
512mb 3200
ti4200 64mb (9800 pro in the future)
16x dvdrom
48x cdrw
120gb hd 7200 8mb
floppy

psu is a antec pp303-x

It should be ok. However, I'm worried about the extremely low 10A on your +12V line. You might do good to upgrade to a newer PSU.
 
Not only that, but the PP303-X doesn't have an ATX12V cable either, so that's pretty much a no-go unless you bought an adapter. If you need a suggestion on a new PSU, then stick with a known high-quality brand like Fortron, Antec, Enermax, or PC Power & Cooling to name a few.
