i used to have a sparkle power supply...
one day a few of the capcitors inside exploded.
it had plenty of molex connectors tho, if thats any consolation
 
2 other places for the 250W:

250W ; 300W
+3.3V = 20A ; 20A
+5V = 27A ; 30A
+12V = 13A ; 13A

+5Vsb = 2.0A ; 2.0A
-5V = 0.3A ; 0.3A
-12V = 0.8A ; 0.8A

The only difference is 3A more for the 300W on the 5V rail.
