Also I cant really recommned this case no matter how good it looks on the front. The quality on the case feels cheap and the tiny 60mm exaust on the back won't provide enough cooling not to mention being loud.

EDIT: I saw this case at the buena park computer show. This case is not really aluminum, but an aluminum MOD. Which means most of it is painted to look aluminum like. Most of the parts are plastic.


Sorry for being so negative in this post. I'd hate fellow anandtechers to get less for their money.
 
Saw the same case at Fry's like ShinSa It felt pretty light...but I didn't check to see how much was really aluminum vs. plastic. The 60mm exhaust fan turned me off though. It only has one rear exhaust besides the power supply and that should at least be 80mm. The window was very cool, though...looked very "stock" and not modded.

I'd look elsewhere, though.
 
Bought a case from colorcases when i built a computer for my ex-gf.... They put a in a 350 watt PS even though we ordered a 300. As for the case, its a little cheaply built, but nothing looks like em.

i'm in the same boat...

i just started seeing these cases around online and have been really excited by them but have not yet seen them in a store/computer show so i cannot speak of the quality etc, but damn they LOOK like good OEM cases considering they're already modded etc =)

That case you linked is nice but you're comparing aluminum to metal here.

BTW, that modded case is the exact same case eletroseller.com sells for $65 that doesn't have a PS and unmodded.
So for an extra $25 you get a PW and a window, its a good deal.

If they had the same case without the window and make it say....$10-$20 less, I would think its a great deal.
