How much performance gain would I get? Debating on whether or not I should spend the $80 more on the 3200+

Actually, for the OEM version, the price difference is about $40. For the retail version, I'm seeing a price difference of $60.

$155 shipped vs $235 shipped

i like retail since im not oc'ing, so i have no use of oem and no HSF, etc, etc
