If it was me, though, I would get the DFI UT NF4 Ultra-D Mobo instead.

I just like Asus mobos better they have good service and products so i stuck with what works for me like they say if it aint broke dont fix it

Since this was from scratch I would have doen 2 1GB sticks to keep it at 1T command rate, but it shouldn't make tooo much of a difference.

I heard the difference between T2 and T1 would be about 5-20% performance difference. Try the system with 2 sticks in dual channel, bench, then 4 sticks and bench, check to see how big of a hit you get. If you get lower FPS, then you know why. I've had people tell me that the difference between CAS 3 and Cas 2 on PC100 ram isn't very much but I disagree. Have a laptop with both those types of sticks totaling 256MB of ram and I feel conflicted because the system is faster with cas2 but it becomes slower because the lack of ram when I start doing things...

yes i know have 4 sticks lowers the command rate to 2 but i have them overclocked to 500mhz and i think the extra speed and they did manage to stay at 2225 timings at 500mhz will take away the performance hit from command rate of 2

Well number one I hate the P160, I do have the case and I must say I was very disapointed.

The SLI MOBO is a waste!!!! Great processor and PSU though

I would have gone with a 2x1GB kit for memory, with what you have no Dual Channell and 2T I bet.

2 Raptors in a Raid0 is not really worth it either, it's a waste if you ask me.

Overall I would say it's a nice machine though, I am sure it's got some serious pep to it.

everything is good...except the memory. i haven't personally overclocked an athlon 64, but i read somehwere the it suffers a lot overclockingwise with 2t vs 1t...

why a 600W dont you think that is a little overboard. keyword waste of money you dont need 600W.
