3000+ 754 cooling

ok i have a 3000+ 754 chip and i would like to know what is good to get and im willing to spend $30max. i saw a couple on newegg but they didnt seem to cool good and yes i did search and im going to use my AS5 with it. also sound is not too much of an issue with me, everything is loud where i live
i was thinking maybe this Zalman ok and yes i know it's a little bit more than $30 but not too much more
