I'd like to supplement my running/biking/weightlifting with about a 1.5 hour workout routine along the lines of the 300 workout or whatever it's called. I was doing a boxing conditioning class, but since I moved I haven't found anything along those lines.

Looking on the web, I'm having a hard time finding some good workout routines, figured I'd come here for suggestions! Anyone have a fun program that gives a good overall workout?

My favorite is any kind of circuit training, with varied exercises: for instance, pull-ups, roman chair sit-ups, and running; or light deadlift, light squat, and light bench, performed with no (okay, minimal) rest in between.

In wrestling, we'd do "conditioning from heaven," which took half the time of a normal practice and left us twice as drained: a round of wrestling, sprints, up-downs, sit-ups, wrestling, sprints.... This type of thing can work fairly well if you have no weights.

You can design your own(well, maybe you can), or check out Crossfit (which can be pretty brutal).

Crossfit is exactly what you just talked about. It's high intensity and it's actually the type of workouts the guys from 300 did. I promise it will slaughter you so you should look into finding the scaled workouts to ease into it. They post a free WOD (workout of the day) on their website. If you've got access to a gym, then you're fine and dandy. Even if you don't, you can get by on plenty of workouts.

Crossfit sounds good, but I don't see any workout routines on the page, just a bunch of videos. Am I missing them on the page?

Uh, what? On the main page, the first thing I see is

" "Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Post time to comments."

Dunno what's going on with your browser. There's no "routine" per se. There is a workout of the day and you do that. It is dynamic and tests your body heavily with muscle confusion,e tc.

That's the WOD, but is there a "regular" Crossfit workout routine?

I second the Crossfit recommendation and would point out that a different workout of the day each day IS the Crossfit routine. What workout comes up on the site is what you do. The variation is a big part of why CF is so damn effective.
